Creating the perfect kitchen can take time, but we will be able to guide you through the whole process.

First, get in touch to arrange a visit to our showrooms.
Bring along any drawings you have of your kitchen showing overall room dimensions (or an architect’s plans if you have them) along with any images that have inspired you.
We’ll listen to your ideas, discuss the kitchen layout, and check that we have capacity to meet your timescales.
You can then ask us to work out a guide price - for both bespoke and Masterclass options if you wish.
If you are happy with the guide price, we can arrange to meet again to talk through the design in greater detail and, if possible, visit your property to take measurements.
We’ll then provide scaled design drawings showing the floor plan and each elevation, along with an accurate quotation for the cabinetry.
If you wish, we can also obtain guide quotes for your worktops and appliances to give you an idea of the overall cost of your kitchen.
If you are happy with our design and quotation, you can then place your order with us.
If you are having building work done, we will wait until the walls are plastered and floor/ceiling heights can be determined before we complete our final site survey. This is essential to ensure that the design fits within the finished size of the room.
We will also ask for some of your appliance choices, so we can ensure the design accommodates them correctly.
Bespoke kitchens are then handmade in our workshop – and take, on average, around 5-6 weeks to manufacture, but this depends on size. Masterclass kitchens usually have a lead time of 6 weeks from order.
During this time, we can finalise details such as handles, taps and worktops. If you would like a stone worktop, you can visit our stone supplier’s showroom to help with your choice, or you can source your own if you prefer.

Ideally, your kitchen will be delivered once the room is ready – ie. once the floor is finished, the room has been plastered and painted, and electrical and plumbing points are in place. It is unwise to deliver the kitchen before that point, as it could to get damaged by other trades working in the space.
When we come to install your kitchen, we will protect your flooring and treat your home with respect whilst we work. We use a large quantity of tools and machines to fit your kitchen, and this is another reason why it’s best we avoid working in the room alongside other trades, as there simply isn’t the space.
Once the base units are in place, the stone supplier will come and make a template for the worktops so they can be cut to the exact size. They will then arrange a date to come and fit the tops, usually within a week.
Finally, If you’re going for a hand-painted finish, our specialist painter will come and paint your kitchen at a date arranged with you.
Please bear in mind that the timescales above are a guide only.
If you are having building work done, timescales are dependent on the building being ready before we can proceed to the next stage. It is important you keep us up to date with any delays - but we will do our best to re-plan our schedule accordingly.
